This document represents the standard SaaS service agreement for Magic Sudoku, operated by Advanced Management Solutions (AMS). It is provided as a transparent guideline and does not constitute formal legal advice.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using Magic Sudoku at magic-sudoku.alaahady.com or via our mobile and desktop applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. User Accounts & Fair Play

Users may sign in using OAuth providers (Google, Microsoft, Facebook, LinkedIn) or email credentials. You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality. Exploiting automated solvers or attempting to manipulate the global leaderboard is strictly prohibited.

3. Free Access & Services

Magic Sudoku is provided free of charge for cognitive enrichment and mental fitness. Advanced Management Solutions reserves the right to maintain and update service features seamlessly.

4. Intellectual Property & Brand Rights

All logos, themes, custom art assets, cognitive algorithms, and software code are the exclusive intellectual property of Advanced Management Solutions (AMS).

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
